Blodgett Combi provides many benefits that solve a variety of functions in one piece of equipment:
- Steam mode provides the ability to steam a variety of products without flavor migration between foods. Steam heats 10 times a efficiently as hot air penetrating food quickly.
- Ability to utilize the convection function to bake or roast.
- Combi mode (pulsing steam into a connection function) provides the benefits of both steam and convection heating systems to penetrate and crisp products quickly and efficiently.
- Oven Cavity is designed for easy cleaning with drains inside the cavity and in the tray below the door.
