The VARIFLOW baffle is a revolutionary idea in commercial kitchen ventilator design. The VARIFLOW baffle allows the exhaust flow to be field adjusted from 150 cfm/ft to 400 cfm/ft over each appliance with out effecting the overall efficiency of the ventilator. It's a simple adjustment ot fine tune your ventilator to provide excellent smoke capture with maximum grease extraction.

Enviro Systems

With the Spring Air Kitchen Enviro System (KES), you can put a commercial kitchen just about anywhere. The KES cleans the exhaust air of grease and smoke particulate, allowing you to exhaust through walls or ceilings at low levels and still meet national and local codes.
